Vintage Like

Have you played in this month's challenge at The Mixed Media Card Challenges yet?  It's a Vintage Month!

Here is another "vintage" card I made for this month's challenge:

Tim Holtz papers always seem to work well for the vintage look I think and distress of course. I used punchanella (you know the scraps from sequins) and distress inks on the paper to create the dots. The sentiment is a Tim Holtz one from the set called Phrases2.  The metal brad in the lower left is from Stampin Up as is the base color of Cherry Cobbler.  The twine I had in my stash.  I also used my distressed tool along the edges of the paper.

Thanks for stopping by!

Maria
