Here is used an image from Unity Stamp Co. The background papers I had in my stash not sure who makes them. But the blue is water like and the beige layer is a picture of sand as scrapbook paper.

I have that same sand paper that I used on beach card for another challenge, Maria. It makes a wonderful background for your cute image of a little girl playing on the beach.
