Happy Saturday and welcome to another fun Just Us Girls challenge. This week Carol is our hostess for Trend Week. She has picked Celestial Elements as our trend. Can't wait to see all of your out of this world creations.
Here is what I came up with using the Tim Holtz Star Stencil and 2 Unity kits called: We Treasure You and Stylin Stars. For my galaxy background I used Distress Inks.
Be sure to swing on by our amazing Design Team:
Linda - October Guest Designer
Just a reminder: If you win Chic of the Week in any of our October challenges, you are in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of January. [JUGS is taking a December month break]
How to play: Please copy and use our graphic on your post. You need to upload your new project [no back dating please] for this week's challenge to your online blog or to a public photo gallery. Leave a link that goes directly to your project in the Linky Tools form at the bottom of this post. [Please limit your entry to 3]
Deadline to be considered for the "Chic of the Week" is 9:00 PM EST on Thursday, Oct 18. The Linky Tools form will close at that time. Our "Chic of the Week", will be announced the following Friday morning. T
Thanks for playing along. We can't wait to see what you create for Just Us Girls!

Love the sets and stencil you used - such a great card, love the background so much!
Your galaxy sky just glows, Maria, and I love the large stars you added.
Maria, I love your colorful, celestial sky. It is so pretty. Lovely card.
Love this a lot Maria! Great job with what I think could have been a difficult trend!
A starry background + a trio of embossed stars + a star-themed sentiment = a celestial card that is absolutely stunning! The sky you've created...swooning! Love this!
