Lizzie Anne Weekly Challenge

Each week at Splitcoast, LAD hosts a challenge. This week it was to use your scrap pieces of papers. Ok, at first I looked at the sketch and the samples and was like ohhh, I dont think I like this one. But I said NO it's a challenge so challenge yourself. I started gathering pieces and organizing according to the sketch. AND like what happens all the time, I loved doing it and loved how it turned out. Somehow I surprise myself everytime. I'm not saying it's the best piece of artwork, but I thought in the end it wasn't too bad. I was happy and I did enjoy making it. I think I may use the sketch again. I mostly like the middle scrap section where I used 4 pieces to make the square.
The set that I used is Christmas In the City. I love LAD stamps, they are all so cute, whimsical and just plan fun to play with. I still have a Valentine set I haven't even started playing with yet.

So here it is:

Cute! I love how it turned out! Isn't it funny how we can surprise ourselves sometimes? :) I do it to myself all of the time. :) Thanks for playing along!!!

I'm a big fan of LAD stamps too. I haven't tried this challenge yet - nice job!

I like it. It is very colorful. It makes you think out of the box and isn't that what challenges are all about.
