My Time To Create Challenge


This week for Lauren's My Time To Create Challenge is to use one of her Timeless Templates. I picked one of her new ones from the June release called Pack a Picnic. I had so much fun putting this together.

Part of the challenge was to make our own pattern paper, so I used some fun stuff by Clear & Simple Stamps and came up with this fun box:



Here is what I put inside:


I was trying to find some cool watermelon themed items at Wal-mart such as a dishtowel, washcloth or something of the sort but had no luck. In the end I think the candle and the sponge work ok. I might give this to a friend for her birthday as part of a gift.

Wow, what a pretty basket! LOVE your fresh colors and how you used a watermelon for your patterned paper! What could be more perfect for a "picnic" basket? Great gift idea, also!

This is super duper cute! I love how you popped some of the watermelons on the basket. Great way to use the stamp and make a background - love it!
