This week I found a canvas based frame in my stash. Here is what I came up with:
I used Distress inks in Aged Mahogany and Spiced Marmalade to sponge color the front. From the September KOTM I used the Eiffel Tower image for my designs around the edges. Take a look you will see that the image has the Eiffel Tower with some cool swirls :-) Then I paper pieced (using Cosmo Cricket paper) the cute owl (August KOTM) and added some fun buttons that I picked up in the holiday section at Michael's.Owl close up:
