Friends with Flair Friday

It's Friday and time for another fun Friends with Flair Unity Style!

This week I have another fun canvas board creation to share with you. SO, not too long ago I found this awesome pack of napkins at a discount store:

Isn't this awesome! As soon as I saw them I said I had to have them. SO, I took one and separated it from it's 2nd ply (you know 2 ply napkins)and using Mod Podge adhered it down to a piece of canvas board which I had painted in a nice light blue (acrylic paints).

I was so thrilled with how it turned out. Those images in the napkin are just amazing. My stamped sentiment is of course from Unity Stamp Co. The lovely flower is from Webster's Pages.

Here is a close up:
The birdie on the bottom is dimensional! I used a piece of Tim Holtz Grunge board and cut it to the shape of the bird and adhered the "napkin" bird image to the cut out piece with my awesome Mod Podge again! (LOVE THAT STUFF!) Adhered it right over the same bird for some amazing dimension. Along the edges I used some Liquitex Acrylic inks.

I actually hung this one up in my hallway but I'm actually thinking I need a larger piece there so I'm going to make one just like this but on a 6 x 12 piece of canvas board. This one is (I think) 5 x 7.

Well that's all for now! If you love Unity you will also love {ippity} be sure to check out my {ippity} stamps in my Etsy shop TYKATSUPPLIES.

Tonight is the Splitcoast Stampers Mini VSN with a Rodeo theme! I'm hosting a challenge at 10pm! The action starts at 5pmEST with the first challenge!

Saddle up!
