The Mothers & Daughters Creations challenge this week was to make a masculine card. I had this cool image by Serendipty Stamps that I thought would make a great masculine card. I colored the image in using my Prismcolor and Copic markers. The image is large so I wasn't sure how well it would turn out but I think it turned out pretty good.I started with Close to Cocoa and used the Cuttlebug distressed stripes folder that is mounted on River Rock. The striped patterned paper is from the Basic Grey Sugared line. I mounted that and the image on Chocolate Chip and River Rock. The brads are by Making Memories. Both layers are mounted using pop dots for dimension.
Edited: I just had to get a better picture of this card. I think this photo is much better. It's rainy and dark so I've been having trouble getting a really nice shot.
Thanks for stopping by.
Till Later....

This is beautiful Maria! I love how you colored the staircase ~ great job!
This is so pretty - I love your take on the masculine challenge! I love that little piece of sugared paper behind - funny how sometimes a little piece of something will really accent the image! Beautiful job! Also lovin' your little butterfly card below - the colors are great and it's so pretty!
