Just Us Girls Photo Week

Nancy is our hostess this week at Just Us Girls for Photo Week!  She picked this great floral picture!

I used a new stamp kit from Unity Stamp Co called Step Out Peony.  This is an awesome multi step stamp set!  The stamps are cut with unique points which allow for aligning each layer perfectly.   I used it with various shades of Oranges and Greens from Ranger Archival ink series.

Just Us Girls Color Week

Lisa is our hostess with Just Us Girls this week and it's color week!  The colors she picked are aqua, pink and white.

Here is what I created using Unity Stamp Co stamps:

I stamped the image using Gina K Designs amalgam ink (available at Unity) and colored using Tombow markers.  Cut these flowers out and used Stampin Up dimensionals to adhere to card.

Just Us Girls Trend Week

This week Bobby is our hostess at Just Us Girls and it's Trend Week!  She picked Watercolor Background for the trend.  This is a great one so many ways to achieve this.  I decided to use my Distress Oxides for my watercolor background.

I used a smoosh technique with my Dylusions acrylic block.  Basically you add some ink (I used Oxides) to the end of the block, spritz water and smoosh down on your paper.  I used Distress Watercolor paper.  My images and sequins are from Unity Stamp Co and the ribbon is Stampin Up.

I used this block.  Added color like you see here and spritzed with water.  Placed down on the watercolor paper and just pressed on it and lifted.

Just Us Girls Word Week

I picked these yummy lemons from the July KOTM from Unity Stamp Co.  I colored them in using Tombow markers and used Nuvo Glitter drops on the lemons for some glitzy shine.
