Who is having fun with the Adornit blog hop? Have you started the fun from the beginning? If not you need to hop to the start of this fun amazing hop at the Adornit Blog.

The fun theme for this hop is SUMMER! I decided to use one of Jen's fun sketches from PCP Scrappy Sunday for my project. This fun page uses images from Queen Kat Designs. I decided to pull some fun photos from our summer family trip. I thought the cool bubble background worked well for a "water" effect.

Now you must hop along and go over to the fantastic Michelle Hale as I know for sure she will have something fun and amazing for you, she rocks!

My Time To Create Challenge

This week is template challenge week. Check out the great sneak peek above. I decided to use an oldie but goodie for mine. I used the Recipe Wrap Up template to create a summer travel log. Now of course this was a template/color challenge and I messed up on the color challenge part of it. But just went with the flow. I did use the grey and blue in my creation though so that counts for something right? Anyhow here is the outside of my travel log:

This does of course open up and has pockets inside which I didn't quite have time to finish and photograph. I will try and get more pictures soon for you. My images are from Clear & Simple Stamps. The plan is called "Diva Airline" and the Summer sentiment is from the set called "Summer". I used Microsoft to print out the "Summer Travel Log" title on the bottom.

Be sure to swing by the MTTC Design Team to see what they cooked up this week you won't be disappointed.

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July! I hope you have some fun stuff planned today. We have a BBQ and going to see the fireworks at night. Hopefully the weather will be nice.

I made this simple card a long time ago. At one point I was using this cute robot from Queen Kat Designs on all Holiday cards, it was my thing for a period. LOL! I remembered I had him saved and thought it would be fun to share today.

You will want to swing by the QKD store and check out all the new releases. Here is is a layout I did using the new teddybear. This photo was from my son's first valentine's day where he was playing with the teddy bear my husband bought his sister. However, it really does fall into the 4th of July theme though. HA! I tried pulling the red and blue from his clothes.

That's it for now.

Have a safe and fun holiday!

Come join us each Wednesday in the Unity forum at SCS for a new Unity Addicts Challenge. We are on our 41 week of challenges! I can't believe it! Fun stuff.

Queen Kat Royal Release Day Blog Hop

Today is the Royal Release for Queen Kat Designs. Lots of new stuff in the castle with a fun royal court blog hop. If you just came from the fabulous Penny's blog you are on the right track, if not head back to the Queen Kat blog to start this awesome release day hop.

One of the new sets is a great teddy bear set here is a layout I created using him:

We are going to a wedding this month so Kaitlyn got a really nice pink dress and Tyler needed a suit so I found a tuxedo that was so affordable I had to grab it. This was our "dress rehearsal" so I had to take a picture.

This teddy bear set is rockin for little kids layouts! I didn't even color them, I just stamped and cut out of pattern paper and I think that it works great.

Here is another one:

Clear & Simple Stamps - Stamp of the Month Release

It's July 1 and that means the Stamp of the Month release at Clear & Simple Stamps. This month's stamp set ROCKS! Along with the SOTM release it's also the monthly template release and this month's treat pack is soo cute! I made a few things to share using it.

This great template FOUND HERE is small but perfect for a little gift or treat for someone. It comes with dividers so you can hold 4 of those water bottle single serve drinks as I did below

I made mine a double and created two of the templates and stuck them together, so on the backside I included some jelly belly jelly beans in a cute little cello bag with a bag topper.
This project used the new Summer set which is the SOTM and a must have. I promise I will have more fun using this set soon! I created my own pattern paper with this set and colored in with copics. I then added some stickles for the bling.

Be sure to run over to the Clear & Simple store to check it out. Be sure to use discount code DTBLOG709 to get $1.00 off this great set.

Did you know that CSS sells Copic Markers now? OH YES and they offer great bundles with the SOTM. The Copic Marker Bundle with the SOTM is $26 - that's a $15 stamp set and $15 Copic Marker Trio set combined at a $4 reduction in price - you won't find a better bundle anywhere!

Be sure to come on over to our forum at
PCP and play along with the template we will love to see what you cook up!
