Just Us Girls Photo Week

This week Cecile is our hostess for Photo week and she pick this stack of presents as our inspiration.

Here is a card using Unity toner cards for foiling (in collab with Thermoweb). I made this for an insta hop a bit back but knowing this photo challenge was coming up and how perfect it would be. I didn't go with the colors just the presents concept as my inspiration.

Color Week - Just Us Girls

Ina is our hostess this week with Just Us Girls for COLOR WEEK. She picked purple, Navy and Green!

Here is what I came up with using a kit from Unity Stamp Co:

I used Jane Davenport Watercolors to color using shades of purple and Navy for the glass vase, my green of course is in the background.

Just Us Girls Trend Week

This week for Just Us Girls we are in Trend Week and our hostess Sue picked NO LINE WATERCOLORING as our challenge. I know there are ways people stamp lightly and image and watercolor so you don't see the lines. I know people use those 2 step stamps. I tried both but it wasn't working out how I wanted. I decided to take a solid stamp ink it with water based ink and wet to create a lovely watercolor with no lines! I hope that's acceptable :-) I actually really liked how this came out. I used 2 stamp kits from Unity Stamp Co.

Just Us Girls Word Week

Happy Saturday and welcome to another fun Just Us Girls challenge. This week is word week and the word is DIE CUTS. I used this HELLO die cut from I believe a Paper Smooches Die. The fun butterflies are from Unity Stamp Co and they are foiling toner sheets. I foiled in gold and colored in the butterflies. I added a shimmery gold paper embossed in the background.

Just Us Girls - Photo Week

I used the Tim Holtz tag dies and a tag image from Unity Stamp Co called Encompassed Beauty. I colored with copics and added some Nuvo gliter drops to the center of the flowers.

Just Us Girls

Happy Saturday! This week with Just Us Girls Vicki is our hostess for Trend Week. She picked Long and Skinny cards! I have to say I love this size, I don't know why I never made cards this size. It fits perfectly in a letter sized envelope so easy!

I used stamp kits from Unity Stamp Co. My solid paper is from Unity Stamp Co and the pattern paper is awesome and shimmery. It's a large pad I had in my stash from the Paper Studio.

I colored with copics and added some Nuvo Drops to the centers.
