Friends with Flair Friday!!

Hey there Unity friends!  The summer has been super busy and I haven't had as much crafty time.  But this week I decided to start and make a few new things for my Etsy Shop.  I was making cupcake toppers.  I know Etsy is flooded with these but they are new in my shop so I figured hey you never know.

I love being crafty making cards, art journalling etc.  I always thinking what can I do with it.  On occasion I try for Design Teams and do like to get involved in challenges.  Every so often I think about putting together a class that I can teach.  Not sure that is up my alley though.  Maybe I should continue to make some more class like videos to practice.

Anyhow here is my submission for this week's FWF!

Skulls

Hey there!

So I decided this week to get listing in my Etsy shop again and also make a few new items.  I'm also going to do a fair in the fall so having new things to bring is a good idea.

I just received one of the Sweet Stamp Shop newest and coolest sets called Dia De Los Muertos.  I'm not into the scary Halloween stuff or the Zoombie sort of stuff at all.  But there was something cool about this set including the skull.

So for my newest of items in my shop I am making cupcake toppers.  Here is what I did with this new SSS set:

Art journaling with the Sweet Stamp Shop

Hey there and happy Tuesday!

Today I wanted to share with you a page I made mixed media style using some stamps from the Sweet Stamp Shop.

A few weeks ago I got into taking my white cardstock adding gesso then making background pages.  Then I thought it would be fun to add photos and do it scrapbook style.

This page uses Dylusions Sprays and many stencils from the Crafters Workshop.  Then I used the sentiment "Big Dreams" from the Sweet Stamp Shop set called Cityscape.  And in the center off the photo I used the set called "Today Was".

Friends with Flair Friday

Hello there!  This is going to be short and sweet today!  I wanted to share a very simple card I made.  After my birthday I was making Thank you cards, which are still on my desk to be mailed!  But since I Had to make a bunch I wanted to keep them somewhat simple.

Here is one I made using Bloom and Simplify and Favorite Sentiments.

Sweet Stamp Shop Fun

Well I made a card using some fun sets from the Sweet Stamp Shop.  I was going to toss this into the ring for their use your stash challenge but I only used one piece of old paper so I didn't want to call that a stash and I didn't take a picture of it.  But here it is anyhow, I love how it turned out.

Those girls are layered to pop up:

I used a paper pad from American Crafts.  The background pattern paper was in my stash I don't know who that is.

Sweet Fun

I made a bunch of thank you cards to send out after my surprise birthday party.  For many of them I used some great images from the Sweet Stamp Shop!  

Here is a peek at some supplies I used to make my cards:

I pulled this Basic Grey pad out and have been using just this pad for the pattern paper.  I am pairing it with SU Cherry Cobbler and white.

Here is one of the cards I made:

Just some simple sweet fun.  I love mixing the paper patterns as well.  I'm also working on some other sweet things in my mixed media/journal style as well.  The Sweet Stamp Shop is having  their Fall DT call so of course I had to submit so we'll see...
