Operation Write Home Blog Hop and JUGS Challenge

This week I have our regular Jugs Challenge and my card is also a part of the Operation Write Home Blog hop! Have you seen this site yet? Very cool. The challenge is to make a spring card and this works perfectly with the Jugs challenge as well!

If you are hopping for the OWH Blog hop you should have just arrived from JenMarie's blog - Taylor- Made by JenMarie. JenMarie is fabulous and I'm sure you found some wonderful inspiration there.

Also since it's Saturday I am posting for the weekly Just Us Girls challenge and this week we have a color challenge: Light Brown, Light Blue, Light green and yellow.

Be sure to visit the JUGS DT gals as I know they will have lots of fabulous stuff for you to check out.

Here is what I came up with using the Ippity kit called Music of My Heart. I am an Ippity Chick and have kits for sale here on my blog. If you haven't seen these amazing stamps you must they are fabulous.

Closeup:

Isn't this bird adorable? And it's a large image, you won't find small images with Ippity. So now that you are ready to Get Ippity swing on by my Ippity page! This fabulous card may make it to my Etsy Shop at some point as well.

Also be sure to check my previous post below this for today as I have a fun creation using Cornish Heritage Farms stamps. They happen to be the fabulous sponsor this month for Sew Many Cards! Come check it out!

Now continue on with the Operation Write Home Blog Hop and hop on over to Holley's - Holley's Hobbies.

That's it for now!

Thanks for stopping by!

Maria, I like your card very much. You used a beautiful blue for the card and I thought the music as a background complimented the bird image so well. I will have to remember that. Blessings, Louise
