TGIF and time for Unity Friends with Flair Friday!!! So I on a whim signed up for a class called Watercoloring for Cardmakers. I am so glad I did! As you may have seen on my blog I have been messing around with watercolors just for fun and have a small dedicated journal where I draw and play. I got into this by Tracey Weinzapfel.
So here is a card I made based on one of the lessons from class using a stamp for watercoloring.

Supplies I used:
The flowers I used are from the Unity Set called Insightful Meadows. For a first time shot using my stamps and watercolors I'm happy with this card! Can't wait to do more!
If you haven't heard I along with a few other talented ladies have started a new Mixed Media challenge blog called MIXED MEDIA MOJO! DT intros happened this past week and our first challenge will go live on June 1st and the 1st of each month after. In between challenges once a week stop by on Wednesdays for some inspirational mojo from our DT members!
Thanks for stopping by!!
Maria

This card is beautiful. The watercolor effect is so pretty. I'm taking that online class too and learning so much. And of course I love Unity Stamps.
