Here is what I did using a cute Unity Stamp Co image:
I used gold tissue paper in the background and the "mesh" type "ribbon" in the middle has cold in it.

Love the gold tissue and the gold mesh! I have some of that stuff somewhere in my stash! I have to find it! It really adds some nice texture to your card!
