Just Us Girls Challenge

This week we are playing with zippers! YES zippers! Last year,

our SWEET Dana, wowed us by encouraging us to make zipper flowers {see tutorial, here!}. So Elise is our hostess this weeks and we are at it again. I have to say I don't think I came up with anything last time but this time I did.

Here is what I came up with:

My sentiment is from Unity Stamp Co. My solid cardstock is from Stampin Up and the pattern papers are from Fancy Pants.

Graduation Invitations

I made a set of simple but elegant graduation invitations this weekend. I used some fabulous stamp images from Unity Stamp Co.

I made a set of 12 and packaged them in a clear box:

I enjoyed making those and have them listed in my ETSY SHOP RIA CREATIONS. I can also take orders separately from Etsy if anyone prefers to order that way through papal just let me know.

My babies turn 6 TODAY! I can't believe it's been 6 years already but it has been. So to honor them for their birthday I have this birthday card with a Mary Francis image from Queen Kat Designs. Ok I know it's a girl image and I have a boy and a girl but just go with it! :-)

{ippity} and Tsunami Rose's Sketch

I played along agin with one of Tsunami Rose's Sketches! Daisy is posting a sketch a day for a year! CHECK IT OUT HERE.

Here is what I did:

I used one of the newest {ippity} releases called - Be Brave Branch Out and the "hello" sentiment is from the Unity kit called Pretty Little Things. I used SU cardstock and Basic Grey pattern papers. I paper pieced that cage with a very delicate but pretty paper.

I created a fun set of flowers and a card for my project. I used a small wooden craft plan box from Michael's and painted it. Then added some butterfiles from the {ippity} kit called "Thankful for you" and the sentiment is from the new release "Be Brave Branch Out"
